Role Overview: As a Technical IT Manager, you will leverage your expertise to effectively manage client issues using our ticketing system, oversee and guide the performance of the IT engineering team, and ensure the resolution of issues related to a wide range of systems, applications, and technologies. Acting as an escalation point, you will provide specialized assistance for more complex issues, both remotely and on-site, and collaborate with clients to deliver optimal solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience. Additionally, you will work closely with the General Manager to successfully execute projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure refreshes, and software package deployments. You also can pursue further training and qualifications where necessary.
Qualifications: You will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a Level 3 Microsoft Technology support role, ideally in an MSP outsourced environment. Throughout your career, you must have demonstrated proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems. Furthermore, You will need extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting MS Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, and hold Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications. Your skill set will include network troubleshooting, proficiency in DNS, Internet, routing, and network troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with firewall technologies.
